How do I set up private, semi-private, and group lessons?
1. Contact the coach of your choice directly. If you do not have a preference,
contact Joby @ 770-419-4611 ext. 2.
2. Set up a time and day of the week that will be convenient for you.
What happens if I can't make the lesson, do I still have to pay for it?
As long as you notify the coach at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson you may make up missed private lessons. Semi-private and group lessons may not be made up if the other participant(s) proceed with the scheduled lesson. You may send a substitute in your place providing they fit ability and age wise with other members of the group.
Private, Semi-Private, and Group Lessons May Be Made Up If:
1. The coach must cancel do to illness, inclement weather conditions, or is unable to find another coach to replace him for that lesson.
2. The student(s) notifies the coach at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. You must call the tennis center at which your private is scheduled and Allcourt Tennis Academy Info Line @ 770-419-4611 and leave a message at both places if you are unable to get in touch with the coach personally. Extraordinary circumstances for cancellations without a 24 hour notification will be taken into account on a case by case basis.
3. All canceled lessons must be made-up within one month of the canceled lesson.
4. Missed lessons may not be credited toward monthly invoices.
Important Things to Remember:
1. Since all lessons are billed at the beginning of the month, there are no refunds or pro-ratings for partial months (except for those who begin their first lesson prior to the beginning of the month).
2. When you reserve a spot for private lessons, you will have that time slot indefinitely. If you decide to discontinue the private lessons, you must give the coach at least 30 days notice so that we may fill your time slot. You will be required to pay for all lessons if notification is less than the 30 day period unless the coach determines special circumstances. If you only want to schedule 1 or 2 private lessons and do not wish to have an on-going time slot, please notify the coach of your choice when scheduling a time.
3. If the coach must cancel a private lesson, the student has the choice of making up the lesson or taking the lesson with another coach who would have a lesson plan prepared by their own coach. The student will be notified ahead of time if the coach will be leaving town.
