These policies and billing procedures are for all participants and/or parents/guardians of participants in programs and/or lessons conducted at any facility, public or private, managed, owned or operated by any employee/contractor for Allcourt, Inc.  Listed below is the proper protocol concerning payment of invoices/statements and receipts for payment.  For those who are new to the programs and lessons provided by Allcourt, Inc. and any of its sub-chapter subsidiaries.

*All monthly payments must be received by the 15th of each month.  Participants and parents/guardians of participants under the age of 19 years of age will receive an invoice/statement within the first week of each month.  (Note:  An invoice/statement received on January 5th is for all activities registered for in January not for activities in the previous month.)

*All payments received after the 15th will incur a late fee of $20 in addition to a finance charge calculated based on a 12.99% APR.

*Invoices may not be adjusted to show missed lessons from previous months.  Students may make-up missed lessons according to the "Make-up Policy."  (If you need an additional copy of the "make-up policy," contact the office attendant at any Allcourt, Inc. facility or contact Allcourt directly at 770-419-4611.

*Questions regarding items on your bill may be directed to Joby Ferary @ 770-419-4611 extension 2.

*All payments must be accompanied by one of the copies of the invoice/statement.  All checks must be made payable to Allcourt, Inc. or The Allcourt Tennis Academy.

*All participants must give at least 30 days notice of discontinuation of the program.  Notice must be in writing and given to one of the coaches.  Students will be liable for all fees for the next month if proper notice is not given.

*All participants are responsible for monthly payments even if no invoice/statement is received within the first week of each month or is not received at all.  If no invoice/statement is received by the 7th of each month, contact Allcourt, Inc. at 770-419-4611 ext. 2.
